The First Branches Conference of Ta'awuniya Insurance Company concluded today at the company’s headquarters in Al-Muqran Tower, held on August 5–6, 2026, with the participation of Director General Dr. Kamal Jad Kareem, senior management, and department and branch managers from Khartoum and across Sudan’s states.

The conference featured specialized working papers covering technical, financial, and administrative affairs, resulting in key recommendations, including:

• Enhancing Technical Performance: Accelerating claims settlement and streamlining procedures.

• Improving Financial and Administrative Operations: Implementing new financial controls to ensure greater flexibility in branch operations.

In his closing remarks, the Director General reaffirmed senior management’s commitment to monitoring the implementation of all recommendations to improve performance and enhance the quality of services provided to customers.
